Thank you for shopping with Inspired by Taramesha. This Shipping Policy outlines how and when your order will be shipped. Please review it carefully before making a purchase.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be delayed. In such cases, we will notify you via email.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

• Standard Shipping: [7-10 business days]

• Expedited Shipping: [3–5 business days]

• International Shipping: [10–20 business days]

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.

3. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to the United States and Canada.

We do not ship to APO/FPO addresses, or restricted locations unless otherwise stated.

4. Shipment Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to become available.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Inspired by Taramesha is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, taxes, or other charges applied to international shipments. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Delays

We are not liable for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs clearance, natural disasters, strikes, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

Inspired by Taramesha is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. If your package arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

If you believe your package is lost, contact us at support@inspiredbytaramesha.com, and we will assist where possible.

8. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.  Inspired by Taramesha is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping fees.
