Returns & Refunds Policy

Thank you for shopping with Inspired by Taramesha. Please read this Returns & Refunds Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only if all of the following conditions are met:

  • The item is unworn

  • The item is unwashed

  • All original tags are attached

  • The item is not soiled, stained, damaged, or altered in any way

  • The return request is submitted within 5 days of delivery

Items that do not meet all of these conditions will be rejected and returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.

2. No Refunds for Damaged or Worn Goods

Inspired by Taramesha does not issue refunds for any items that are damaged, worn, washed, altered, or soiled, under any circumstances.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Wear or use

  • Improper handling or care

  • Stains, odors, makeup marks, deodorant marks, or pet hair

  • Damage occurring after delivery

All returned items are subject to inspection and approval at the sole discretion of Inspired by Taramesha.

3. Refunds

Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 20 business days after inspection.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges

Exchanges may be offered at the discretion of Inspired by Taramesha, subject to product availability. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs related to exchanges unless otherwise stated.

5. Shipping Damage

Inspired by Taramesha is not responsible for damage incurred during shipping. Once an order has been shipped, responsibility transfers to the shipping carrier.

Customers may file a claim directly with the carrier for shipping-related damage. We may provide supporting documentation upon request but do not guarantee refunds or replacements.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items marked “Final Sale”

  • Clearance or discounted items

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Gift cards

7. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is approved due to an error made by Inspired by Taramesha. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.

8. Incorrect Orders

If you receive an item that is materially different from what you ordered, please contact us within 5 days of delivery. Eligibility for resolution will be determined by Inspired by Taramesha.
